完成清拆後,電工師傅分別在廚房門附近和浴室牆壁用磨碟和電鑽界坑,以用作收藏電線燈喉。燈喉的功能除了方便客人在浴室取電外,更是保障客人安全,大大避免電線因曝露在石屎被侵蝕而短路。
裝修Pro師傅會根據客戶要求做好各項泥水工程。為確保開放式廚房不出現滲水狀況,工序會完全跟隨皇牌防水工程進行。
裝修PRO師傅為了確保牆壁面更平坦,以方便日式地板可以平舖上牆,特意運用水平尺了解牆壁燙平程度,杜絕出現裝修討論區常見,牆面不平坦而導致牆磚不平的情況。
裝修Pro 師傅會為客戶設計安裝遙控LED假天花燈等增加美感而不失實用性的裝飾。
裝修PRO工人之前經過剷底批灰工作,把天花重新由頭呈現,現在把優質水性油漆塗上天花,作為最後的點綴。
而舊屋翻新的裝修預算會受單位實際情況、需求影響,例如水電管線重新配置、間格變動、浴室翻新、拆除舊裝修、清拆等因素,所需要的工程類型項目會較多,著重在基礎的泥水、水電與皇牌防水工程,全屋或浴室廚房翻新打掃清拆泥水防水、重新貼磚的費用較高,整體裝修費用相對新屋而言裝修預算較高,但能夠將充滿回憶的舊屋賦予新生命!

In order to ensure that the wall surface is flatter, so that the Japanese-style floor can be tiled on the wall, the Builder Pro workers specially used a level ruler to measure the flatness of the wall, so as to prevent the uneven tiles caused by uneven walls, which are commonly disccussed decoration forums.
Builder Pro workers will design and install remote control LED suspended ceiling lights and other decorations that can make the apartment fancy without losing practicality for customers.
The Builder Pro workers have done the shovel and ash work before, and re-presented the ceiling from scratch. Now, they are painting the ceiling with high-quality water-based paint as the final embellishment.
