設計師選用安心建材，並因應屋主內在需求進行客製規劃，先以 3D 設計讓客戶先行透視設計成果，再搭配系統家具配置，與混搭風的美化修飾
裝修Pro 師傅把原有廚房設備拆除，以之後換上新的設備。
工作實錄
裝修PRO設計師到單位與水電師傅溝通，表達設計圖上電制AC位置，確保客人的意願能夠在看不見的電線呈現
裝修Pro 師傅為牆體舖上一層水泥後，再把新的磁磚貼上。
傢俬安裝
裝修Pro 師傅把一切背景工程完成後，把新的廚房設備及傢俬安裝。
一般而言新屋的裝修預算較低，發展商附贈廚房、浴室的裝修及傢俬，都能在裝修費用上節省不少，且再不變動間格的情況下，不需要拆除清拆，泥水、水電工程較少，建議以室內實際呎數估計裝修預算，每橫呎約估計2千港元至3千港元左右，可以將新屋裝修成不一樣的風格 !
