閣樓設計
採用上睡房下客廳、飯廳間格，有效節省空間面又不影響實用性。
提供可用收納空間的同時又能成為閣樓床的支撐。櫃身能夠安裝電視、收納型餐桌能節省空間。
隱蔽樓梯
橫向隱蔽樓梯連接組櫃，樓梯下方可用作儲物空間。橫向設計能夠節省空間。
一般而言新屋的裝修預算較低，發展商附贈廚房、浴室的裝修及傢俬，都能在裝修費用上節省不少，且再不變動間格的情況下，不需要拆除清拆，泥水、水電工程較少，建議以室內實際呎數估計裝修預算，每橫呎約估計2千港元至3千港元左右，可以將新屋裝修成不一樣的風格 !
